TrondheimSolistene & Herborg Kråkevik

  • Havlystparken, Ramme Rammeveien 90 1545 Hvitsten (map)

— We walk together in Herborg's songbook.

It is a great pleasure to open the summer in Havlystparken on Ramme with our resident ensemble, TrondheimSolistene — this time in collaboration with one of the country's most beloved voices: Herborg Kråkevik .

When Kråkevik's songbook was published in 2000, it immediately became public property — and the Spellemann jury justified its award with the words: "Never has the Norwegian song treasure been interpreted in a finer way." 25 years later, Kråkevik has opened the treasure chest again. The new album and magnificent book Vi vandrar saman , published in collaboration with the National Museum, weaves together Norwegian songs and paintings into a collective cultural heritage that we can all take part in.

This summer evening we will be served popular songs in a new guise — in a musical collaboration that only continues to grow. Welcome to the season opening for The Havlystparken Concerts !

  • TrondheimSolistene is a chamber orchestra that performs music with a broad programme and musical vision. It was established by violinist and pedagogue Bjarne Fiskum in 1988 and gives over a hundred concerts annually, with tours both in Norway and Europe in collaboration with leading national and international soloists. Aulaseriene is proud to have the Trondheim Soloists as their resident ensemble from 2024–2026.

Their discography includes over 25 releases, the most recent of which has resulted in two Spellemann awards and Grammy nominations. They have recorded all of Grieg's compositions for strings, and the release of Grieg's G minor quartet arranged for string orchestra received the French Diapason d'Or award. In addition to their own releases, the Trondheim Soloists regularly collaborate with artists in a number of other genres, and are today among our most versatile classical ensembles. In 2024, Guro Kleven Hagen took over as artistic director from Geir Inge Lotsberg.

For more than three decades, Herborg Kråkevik has shown rare versatility as a singer, actor and lyricist, and is today one of the country's foremost cultural communicators. Kråkevik's songbook (2000) is among the best-selling Norwegian releases of all time, with over 250,000 copies sold, and won the Spellemann Award the same year. In 2026, she is once again in the spotlight — both from the TV series Hver gang vi møtes on TV 2 and with the album and magnificent book Vi vandrar saman in collaboration with the National Museum and Samlaget. "It is inspiring that one of our most beloved artists is once again embracing Norwegian cultural heritage in her own personal way," says Ingrid Røynesdal, director of the National Museum.

Helge Lilletvedt is a sought-after pianist at the crossroads of classical, jazz and pop, known for his long-standing collaborations with Sigvart Dagsland and Lars Lillo-Stenberg. He has been a central musical partner for Kråkevik ever since the first Songboka.

We wish you an enjoyable, unique concert experience with us. Welcome!
