— A rising pianist star from Jordan.
International Piano Magazine calls him 'One to Watch', and the album Khachaturian: Piano Works was described by BBC Music Magazine as “An outstanding debut”. Earlier this year he toured much of the US and England. Now Jordanian-Palestinian Iyad Sughayer is making his very first appearance in Norway — with us.

As if top scores in the British press weren't enough, he was recently selected as Classic FM's 'Rising Star', where in recent years he has also received great acclaim for his interpretations of Mozart and Sibelius . This Sunday he presents a solid selection of his favourite works by both Khachaturian and the latter. There's a lot to look forward to here — welcome!
